I work primarily with adults (21+) offering support, coping skills, and psychoeducation around a variety of life issues, transitions and overall mental wellbeing. My hope is to help people explore their feelings and perspectives, in a safe and comfortably held space. I believe that therapy is a journey of self-healing and acceptance. I utilize a holistic, relaxed, client-centered approach. This means our growing therapeutic relationship is part of treatment. I believe in our connection and communication as being the root of our work together. By exploring the past, and examining our patterns, we can begin to heal. I also specialize in perinatal and postpartum counseling & maternal mental health.
